Terms and Conditions

This website is operated by ESA Publications (NZ) Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ESA Publications (NZ) Ltd. ESA Publications (NZ) Ltd offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.


1. General Condition

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

 

2. School Accounts

Invoices will be sent accompanying your order. Accounts must be paid in full by the 20th of the month following date of invoice unless prior arrangement with ESA Publications (NZ) Ltd has been made. Statements are forwarded after the end of each month. Late payment of accounts may lead to:

    i) Account to be put on “hold”. No orders will be processed until the account is paid up to date.
    ii) Account to be terminated.

      3. GST

      All prices are inclusive of GST. GST charges on all Goods and Services are at the applicable legislated rates.


      4. Pricing

      All prices listed are in New Zealand Dollars.

       

      5. Returns and Refunds

      Refer to our Returns and Refund Policy.

       

      6. Ownership

      Title and ownership of goods belongs to ESA Publications (NZ) Ltd until full payment relating to goods has been received.


      7. Shipping and Delivery

      Within New Zealand (Domestic)

      Orders of 1-4 items (excluding Digital Study Guides) will incur a standard $5.50 delivery fee. Orders are couriered via Courier Post/NZ Post with signature required. If you prefer non-signature delivery, please state in the Delivery Instructions box during checkout.

      North Island - 2-4 business days*
      South Island - 3-6 business days*
      Rural Addresses - Add 1-3 business days
       * During peak or busy times of the year deliveries may take an additional 2-4 business days.

       

      Outside of New Zealand (International)

      Shipping rates and options will differ to prices stated on our website. To receive a quote for delivery to international addresses, email info@esa.co.nz with your order, delivery address and phone number.

      Please allow 1-3 business days for quoting and shipping options to be provided. Estimated delivery timeframe will vary depending on option chosen.

      9. Jurisdiction

      The terms and conditions will be governed and construed in accordance with New Zealand law and the parties irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

       

      10. Changes to our Terms and Conditions

      We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
