Level 5 Alcohol and Other Drugs Learning Workbook

Level 5 Alcohol and Other Drugs Learning Workbook is based on The New Zealand Curriculum and is designed to support student learning in Health Education across Years 9 and 10.

Offering numerous activities in addition to reading and writing tasks, the book provides a place where students can record their own ideas and document the understandings that result from their learning.

Teachers can use the book as a resource in a number of ways, including:

• to enable differentiated learning within a class
• as a framework for classroom teaching and
• as a resource for students who are working outside the classroom.

Activities are based on those used in recent classroom programmes and the authors have accessed a wide range of Health Education resources to provide up-to-date material in line with current requirements.
