What you'll learn
When it comes to applying for jobs, your CV is an important part of your personal brand. In this module, we’re going to look at how you can adapt your CV to suit a job you might apply for.
By the end of this module, you’ll be able to:
- identify the requirements of a job vacancy
- target your CV to include:
- information that is relevant to the job vacancy
- provides details of two referees
- correct spelling and grammar
- a logical flow and consistent layout.
You’ll need a basic CV before you start this module. If you don’t have a CV yet, check out the CV Builder tool on the Careers New Zealand website. When you’ve made your CV, come back and continue the course.
